Who we are

This website belongs to BrightPath AI, a brand offering AI-assisted website design, chatbots and content creation, operating from Bulgaria.

What we collect

Only what you give us yourself, and nothing more.

• Consultation form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the kind of site you want, your approximate budget and your message.
• Conversations with Bright: the text of the messages you write in the site chat or the Telegram bot, plus a random identifier so the conversation stays connected during your session.
• Feedback: if you press 👍 or 👎 under one of Bright's answers, that rating is recorded.
• Traffic statistics: how many visits the site gets and which page or site each visit came from, in aggregate and without identifying anyone.

Why we need it

• To answer your request and talk with you about your project.
• So Bright can understand your question and give a relevant answer.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve the quality of the answers.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising. We only use these services to make the site work:

• Vercel: website hosting and traffic statistics.
• Supabase: the protected database where forms and conversations are stored.
• Anthropic: the AI model that produces Bright's replies. The text of your message is sent there to generate an answer.
• Resend: sending the notification email to us and the confirmation email to you.
• Telegram: only if you talk to us through the Telegram bot.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. That is why you see no cookie consent banner.

Only the chat uses your own browser storage, so your conversation survives a page refresh. Pressing the New chat button clears it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests for as long as they are needed to follow up on the enquiry. We keep conversations in order to improve the quality of the answers.

Whenever you want, one email is enough for us to delete all of it.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Ask for everything to be deleted.
• Object to how we use your data.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. The database has no public read access, which means form submissions and conversations can only be read from the server with a protected key. The admin panel sits behind a password.

AI-generated content

Some images, videos and text on this site were created with the help of artificial intelligence, and this is stated where they appear. Bright's replies are also AI-generated and may not always be accurate.

Changes to this page

If the way we work changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
